Approved: These coins can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending: These coins need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies to purchases and referrals. Coins from purchases will be approved after 30 days. This is in case an order is returned or refunded. If you return your order after your points for that purchase have been approved, they will be removed from your account.

Cancelled: These coins will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel or return a purchase (the coins will change from pending to cancelled)

Your level is based on your 12 month spend. Once you level up, your clock resets and you will have access to that level for 12 months from that day.

For example if you spend £50 on Jan 1st 2024 and then £100 on Feb 1st 2024 (£150 total) you would level up to Level 2. You will be Level 2 until Feb 1st 2025. During this time you can still spend further to Level Up again (which will start another 12 month clock) or, if you spend nothing, you will drop down to Level 1 spend.

Within your profile page, there will be a tab called “Refer Friends”. In there you can create shareable links they can use to join us. Important: They must place their first order through your link, otherwise you will not receive the credit. There are no exceptions to this rule to prevent abuse of our system.

Not only does your friend get £10 OFF their first order (minimum £50 spend) but once they make their first purchase over £50, you will be credited a whopping 50 coins (worth £50!) to spend on whatever you want! (please note crediting of these points will be pending for 14 days).

We regularly analyse and monitor the scheme for unusual behaviour and potential abuse. If we suspect you have abused the system to artificially gain coins & rewards by using other addresses, we reserve the right to block your access to the rewards programme, reclaim all points and reclaim all currently unfulfilled rewards.

We also reserve the right to blacklist the names, addresses and IP addresses associated with your orders from placing future orders at theoneglove.com.

Unfortunately, not, your account, login and reward tiers are tied to the individual stores. Currently, the rewards scheme is only available on theoneglove.com.

This is a technical quirk we'd love to fix and are working on long term, but cannot guarantee or promise a time-frame (sorry!).

No plans...but potentially! We assess the programme regularly to ensure you are getting value but also are not bankrupting us. It's a fine balance we'll always try to be fair, promise.
