Marketing Executive (Full Time)

Hours: 8 hours per day
Part/Full-Time: Full Time
Where: Our HQ in Hoddesdon
Working from Home: Minimum 4 days in office

Description

As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Director to conceptualise, manage, and execute innovative campaigns. Your role will span multiple channels and product launches, while also managing relationships with third-party agencies. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes football culture and understands the nuances of the beautiful game. 

We're an independent business and a close-knit team, which means you'll be wearing a lot of hats and this role is suited to an all rounder, or, someone who specialises in one vertical now looking to expand their skillset. This is not a junior role and you will be expected to hit the ground running.

You will be expected to drive end-to-end campaigns from theme, to brief to completion. 

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand vision and values.
  • Help drive 4-5 product launches per season ensuring campaigns reflect product features and innovations, whose theme and identity are consistently executed through all channels
  • In addition to product-lead campaigns, brand campaigns will need to be conceptualised and delivered, such as capitalising on partnerships with EA FC, National Academy's and more.
  • Lead the management of third-party agencies, who deliver Paid Social, Adwords, CRM and Visual Design for the brand. Including briefing and developing the creative, copy and assets utilised by these agencies.
  • Regularly conceptualise new themes and creative "hooks", which can be delivered to agencies for testing within their channels on a monthly basis
  • Work alongside our Social Media Executive to liaise and utilise our squad of content creators and influencers to drive awareness
  • Manage our eCommerce store fronts, ensuring the latest campaigns, launches, content and brand initiatives are reflected.
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels, using data insights to optimise results and inform future strategies.
  • Develop creative concepts that resonate with football and goalkeeper communities, reinforcing our cultural authenticity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, proposing new ideas to keep One Glove at the forefront of the market.
  • Assist with conceptualising and shooting assets within our in-house studio as well as on location (local pitches with pros)
  • Work with third party designers to create engaging imagery to be used across all channels
  • Support team with ad-hoc projects such as execution of Media Days, Pro Events, Pop Ups and more.

Essential Skills Required

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing channels, namely Paid Social and Adwords
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design, you will be expected to independently conceptualise and deliver
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel to aid reporting
  • An extreme passion for Football (goalkeeping not essential, but desirable!)
  • Ability to write punchy, cutting & quirky copy in line with the brand identity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Team player with strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills

1. Can I work from home?

A minimum of 4 days are required in office a week. The remaining day can be remote on request. We are a family business so understand the benefit of having time at home. 

2. What tools will I have at my disposal?

As our first Marketing Executive, you will be given the reigns to acquire and use the tools necessary. Namely, you will be expected to use Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads/Business Suite, Slack and Monday.
