Martin Dúbravka currently plays for Newcastle United and the Slovakia national team. Dúbravka represented Slovakia in the under 21's, before making his senior international debut in May 2014. He started all three of Slovakia's games the Euro's in 2020.

After playing in Slovak, Danish and Czech football clubs, Dúbravka joined Newcastle United in January 2018 on loan before becoming their permanent #1. He won their Player of the year award in the 2019–20 season and has been fan favourite since.

Most recently, Dubravká spent part of the 2022–23 season on loan at Manchester United before returning to Newcastle.
